Brilliant idea! It is very important to keep up with the x,y & z generations as they grapple with a whole different set of issues. Is there any plan to have a hard copy format as well?
I am very excited to read nxg.It contains all the information about travel,sports,cinema etc.No doubt, absolutely it is a funloid for the youngsters.
Its really incredible idea to stay in tune with today’s youth.However,I would like to make a suggestion.it would be great if you could even invite articles from youth professionals as well apart from school and college going youth.
Can you tell me what exactly NXG is trying to achieve on a long run.

NXg is for sure informative and caters perfectly to the needs of our generation…and i feel it can be made more useful if u try to include some articles on indian traditional values for example.. the aims of life, as explained in ayurveda which might help the indian youth grow an INDIAN…and make some difference to the otherwise deteriorating kind of lifestyle
Awesome. It’s high time The Hindu started going all-out into media instead of limiting itself to print. The website needs an overhaul and should use embedded video and editorial blogs. The New York Times website would be worth emulating.

In a country where majority of the population is constituted by the youth, it is a much needed and commendable introduction. The website was a surprise as well. Though NXG has just begun, it’s begun in a big way. In terms of informativeness, it scores lesser than other The Hindu supplements, but that doesn’t matter as it’s meant to be the printed voice of India’s next generation and it truly lives up to that objective.

In a country where the youth is not taken as seriously as they should be,NXG is a revolutionary step!

I guess, you should bring in a new column for problems being faced by various people in their daily lives.
This is a terrific site that is as relevant to the students in my country as yours. If possible, could you add another category called perhaps, “Big Questions”. Where fertile questions that will affect the future of us all could be posed. For instance, How can we live together in peace? Does progress advance what we most value? Can we learn from the past? I am sure that you would receive insightful questions that centre at the heart of issues that impact on the youth of today.

I do think NXG is a good idea.. however i chanced upon this site only because i was goin thru the hindu website and thought it was a print supplement of the paper as it was listed along with the others. I liked the general layout, the topics which i’m sure must have been decided after much thought and the colours used… but the site is kind of cluttered atleast on the first glance.. Anyway, i shall keep checking this place out.. and if u need anybody to prepare short quizzes for u.. do let me know

My basic question,too basic?
What is meant by “nxg”?
Really a wonderful tabloid that connect the thoughts of zillion people together.Really it is very inspiring but a small suggestion is that when the articles sent by the readers are not published they feel very upset.So please take some initiative steps and try to console them in some ways and these words are out of experience.Anyway i will keep on presenting my articles and a day will come when i see my name in Nxg when i wake up.
NXg means next generation, which is very useful for the present generation. we can find a whole lot of entertainments, advises, etc here… i simply love it…
Nxg serves as a means of communication process through which the student and working fraternity can express the telling views to the rest of the world. An excellent platform for students and the like to put forth their views and thoughts.
i was not a regular learner of this!!!!!!!!but for the past two weeks i’m interested in lerning this stuff!!!!!!! and ofcourse it is very useful for all and especially youths…. where they can gain knowlege!!!!!!!!!

Nxg is my center of attraction nowadays. I think it is absolutely free and once I am in it, I feel as if the articles on it speak aloud the issues tormenting me in my mind. Moreover I feel that Nxg is the absolute meaning of Democracy..
I thinhk that NXG is reaching the “Generation Y” it is designed to reach in the first place.
The real success would be perceived by everyone if the message of “vote for a better nation” had gone out this time
It is in the hands of the “Generation Y” itself to shape their future in a way they want to by voting for a change and rooting out the current evils of the system holding our mighty nation back.

Nxg is my first set of boost that refreshes me up a lot in the morning,it has become a part of my singular addiction to review it word by word without setting a pause,getting me hooked to it. This contains all the necessary stuffs that keeps us updated with a moral worth, the articles are heart touching ,creating a real long lasting impact on us, surely a stepping stone for development…….

NXG is always the supplement I look forward to…..being a teenager I like to write a lot…and I have even sent my articles to NXG a couple of times…I like the new contests like Shutter Bugs and Honey I shrunk myself.At this point I also feel that NXG can hold a poetry contest for the youngsters to stir up their talents..as many young poets are budding!I look forward to this initiative from NXG as soon as possible! how to publish review of books i have read
I will be waiting for every thursday to read Nxg.It has got an apt name as Nxg for the next generation.It encourages youngsters to share their views.I noticed that most of the students who send articles are Engineering students and i am very proud that most of then are from my college, st.Joseph’s.Nxg serves as a platform in show-casing their talents. THNAKS NXg team.

with reference to your nxg dt. 18th august p/10 and Ms Sangeetha Mahesh view. I differ from her. In Most part of Chennai Public conveniences are well maintained. I also suggest her to visit Anna Centenerary Liabrary ar Kotturpuram. It is 9 storied building and Ist floor especially for children with thousands and thousand of Books. It caters to all type of book lovers and students. It is Asis’s Biggest Library and is too good in terms of cleanliness.
